To achieve "Total Transformation" - A Society which is literate, physically and mentally healthy, egalitarian with gender and social equality and free from all kinds of social, economic and political oppressions.

Mission:

To be catalyst in total empowerment of the poor with their participation in achieving basic education, health, livelihood improvement and social and gender equality.

Goal:

The goal of AID is to create self-governing communities and their organisations for poverty reduction through achieving basic rights, basic education, health security, gender and social equality and livelihood security for the poor.
