In Jharkhand in general and Palamau Zone in particular, many litigants have been facing problems in knowing and identifying right advocates to pursuing their legal disputes. Further, since most of the lawyers are based in the cities and towns, the litigants have to travel a lot to discuss their case matters with the advocates. Hence, the need for e-legal service is felt by many in the region. Knowing this need, we intend to provide the following e-legal services to the rural masses in Palamau Zone.
Most often many of the rural population are trapped in legal cases. Due to lack of knowledge and information, lot of resources are spent. In this context, the legal recourses available, the procedures and the talented pool of the legal luminaries available in the region would be made available through this service.

- Empanelment of lawyers and registration with the SCA for referring cases to lawyers.

Register lawyers in the VMM portal. Each lawyer once registered will get a user name and password along with other particulars in the online registration. |

The VMM will inform you about the acceptance of the registration of lawyers. Once accepted, then will be engaged by CSCs as per the need for legal services. |

VLE will be given an access number whereby they can directly access the service from home page by using your user name and password and sign-in. Subsequently, the ‘available service page’ will open. |

There will be ‘post new cases’ ‘existing cases’ ‘solved cases' and ‘uptodate users profile’. |
